How do I place an Order?
You can place your order online via our design tool, which can be found on every product page. Using the t-shirt design tool, you can write text, choose from one of our designs or upload a photo/logo. You can also place an order via email using our contact form or by phone.
What is your order turnaround time?
We aim to ship apparel orders within 5 working days, or 3 working days for mugs and posters. This doesn't include the time for shipping, so please allow a day or two for delivery.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept debit/credit cards up to an order value of £1000. We ask our customers to pay via Bank Transfer for orders over this amount.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more details.
Do you offer credit terms?
Unfortunately not. All payments are due upfront before processing your order.
Do you allow items to be return?
We only accept returned items if there is a printing error on your garment. However, this is extremely unlikely as all our printed garments are quality-checked before being sent to our customers. In most cases, returning the garments is unnecessary, as we will send you a replacement.
If you believe there is a printing error on your garment, please get in touch with us via the contact form within seven days of receiving your order.
Will You Print on garments supply by Myself?
Yes, however, we have a minimum quantity of 25 pieces. All garments supplied by the T-Shirt Bakery have been print-tested to ensure the best quality. If you decide to supply your garments this is at your own risk, and we cannot take any responsibility if your garments are damaged during the printing process.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
Yes, you can buy in bulk. Our bulk discounts start from as little as 25 pieces, and orders over 100 pieces can receive up to a 50% discount.
Do you sell blank Garments?
Yes, please get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements. We only accept bank transfers for all blank garment orders as a payment method.
Do you offer vegan and sustainable garments?
Yes, we do! If you want eco-friendly products, our recommended brand is
Stanley/Stella. All their products are made from organic cotton or recycled polyester; however, the Earth Positive collection from Continental Clothing also offers a range of organic garments.
